More importantly, I do not think it would help to catch people that much other than further police's assumptions as to who is a criminal (if all they have is name, gender, address, ethnicity). Even putting that concern to the side, think about how many people a foot solder can "scan" on a crowded train station.
I am not discounting the points you've made. I understand that there are definitely cases where 10% might be too high. Hell, it might even be applicable here.
Respectively, I disagree with your quoted comment. Are you sure its zero? Uber Rush delivery drivers make 75-80%. Where do you think the rest of the delivery fee goes? This was just from my first Google. I am sure you can find more examples of this being not the case.
Going back to the topic at hand. For a dev like me, I think 10% is high but agree with the points made. There are 100s of posts online of people writing shit for free. I am sure you can even find a dozen of subreddits alone for writing. From their POV this can be seen as a secondary source of income.
Most people who are GOOD writers - at a point where anyone would buy their 'product - have been writing for many years. They could even be doing this as a profession (think book writers). For them, do also see 10% being a high fee?

This... shout outs to darkf, nedbat and aria from Node JS
It amazes me how these people continue to help others and blessed to have them repeatedly help me on so many occasions
Simple question: if the monopolies were finally able to break net neutrality laws, don't you think they can likely introduce some bullshit legislation to kill indie-ISPs?
I personally think it’s completely natural to have such urges and to cave to them. In fact, for men specifically there are some benefits in keeping the system well lubricated (pun not intended). It’s just something one has to moderate.
Additionally, i have noted that people’s expectations of their desired partner is usually skewed from what they see in porn.
Mark is truly an asshole
The bot would be more impressive if it used vision or buffer to analyze everything. The bot has all of the information which a human does not have. If the human had the same information I think it would be a better competition.
To me it seems that this bot is good only by the fact that is has information and input advantage.
I also want to clarify that this is not an unflavourful feat and that I think it is cool. But I noticed that a lot of members in the Dota community did not know of the bot API which is likely the case here.
I am going to play with that lib this weekend. Could be good for small Eletron/NW.JS apps.
I won't then. I will stick to contributing to open source and asking for more challenging tasks at work.
You can checkout Open Food Facts though the amount of data is sparse.
