Honestly, this is my first real project - I couldn't get the time shift done accurately. That's why i had to fall back to a more static situation. Definitely will consider for future iterations.
I'll fix the fasting / keto diet suggestions. Fair enough - overdosed a bit too much on bryan johnson i guess
