But you can't ask for $50k, then get frustrated that's almost how much you get? You're just setting yourself up for disappointment.

o.O;
Their support has always been average at best. Whether Steve was alive or not. Romanticising the time when Steve was around doesn't help shit.
I'm frustrated by the fact the MacBook extra RAM/SSD is so expensive compared to manufacturing costs. But it's my only option, so I am going to have to pay it now aren't I?
Grim Fandango the movie, anyone?
Though, if in memory of Bob Ross, why is it named after Gogh?
Sure, there's more precise releases than it's competitors, but that doesn't negate the fact that Windows has a more functional-looking (whether or not it is, is an entirely different matter) phone.
The Notification centre was a step in the right direction, but people are wanting data quicker more and more, and the notificiations aren't great for every app. After all, a big reason people cite for going for Android is customisation.
When the iPhone was released it was the absolute leader in mobile iOS among other things. Now it's a solid competer but it lacks the originality it once had.
It all depends on usage. If you're using it next to text, then getting "Login Login" is annoying. If you're using icons only (which has debatable standards), then yes.
One issue: in = Login icon invert = Invert icon vertical = Phone orientation

Obviously this is an edge case issue to happen, but this is an example of a way this can seriously screw up.
Of course I disagree with rape. It's a very personal matter close to my heart for many reasons. But it is an extreme outcome of sexism, it is not the problem because of sexism nor is it the reason sexism happens.
Granted, that doesn't mean I should.
She has had personal experience with sexism. But her argument was also that according to the original .net magazine article; every woman fears being raped all day every day. It was sensationalist.
I agree with a lot of what you have to say. She generally doesn't concern herself with posts like these but she felt the need to considering a man (I know you don't care about gender but it's important factor that a man is telling her how she feels) is saying what sexism is to EVERYONE. Name calling EVERY man on it (almost as if saying he knows better.)
But let's be fair, you can make research say whatever you want. Especially social research. It's a very valid thing, but it should not be taken as gospel.
There are people on both sides of the fence, as you'd expect. But the the original commenter was so blindsided in her views about how she thought the OP was blinded in her views, she didn't even stop to smell the irony.
"And Laura, if you are reading this, a small bit of advice for you. Next time an article "enrages" you, re-read it and I guarantee you will see that it doesn't say what you think it does." I think you need to take your own advice.
