I love Meteor and its ever-growing community! I went to a Meteor Show and Tell fairly recently and one of the core devs and I live coded a feature onto one of my meteor projects (http://mypast.es).
Despite how odd it is that they chose to specifically fine Path, I'm rather stunned to see the U.S. government even somewhat reacting to the startup culture.
Funnily enough, this extension exists as a sample extension in the Chrome extension docs. Apparently, you can't link to specific samples, so just go to https://developer.chrome.com/dev/extensions/samples.html and filter by "downloads." The extension you're looking for is "Download Selected Links."
I've just download Vim Touch (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.momodalo.a...) and have been playing around with it for a bit. And I can attest to the fact that editing on a phone is incredibly painful. Once I realized that, though, I also realized that there is very little need for me to ever need to edit code on my phone. So, I see and acknowledge the conceptual problem that Tiled Text is trying to solve but I fear that the audience is far too small for it to be of much use.
I was really annoyed by the fact that the "disk filling" started as soon as I clicked the link. However, the point really hit home. Is there a solution for this browser-side?
EDIT: The link has been changed to the blog post describing the phenomenon. Good riddance!
So now we have Emblem.js that is compiled to Handlebars.js that can then be compiled straight to JavaScript, that is finally rendered as HTML. When will the madness stop?
