I’m hoping with what they’ve built in infrastructure and custom chips is a step towards making personal LLM also highly available to non-technical people. I think this is where Apple has always shined - making things not just better, but accessible and grokable for normal people.

Until Democrats can find a way to reach the opposition in a way that isn't condescending they will continue to lose and drive away voters. The so called deplorable will grow.
They need to design, build, and walk over the bridge - patiently, despite all the chaos and negativity.
If they continue to do the same thing and treat their fellows as idiots and expecting different results..is delusional and insane.
Definitely keep writing, the "like a peacock" line made me chuckle :-)
Congrats to the Pixelmator team!
Swiss Army knife of design and development experience, with a decent sense of humor. Running is life.
For me, coming from more of a Ruby background, I found Python and Node to not be too hard to understand, and my only nitpick would be on how eggs/packages were managed and dealing with dependancies.
In particular, Python dependancies compared to Ruby dependancies were more challenging initially for me. I’ve grown to appreciate Python indents and find it nice to read, but that was also annoying at first.
They should switch to something similar to JetBrains license model.
Its absurd to pay a monthly subscription for a year and still not own a license for that version indefinitely.
Furthermore, the defaults store your art/assets in their cloud, further trying to keep you beholden to maintaining an active license.
Plain and simple greed serving their stakeholders and contempt for their paying customers.
Hi, my name is Philip Broadway and I'm a boring and predictable full stack engineer with over 10 years of experience. Favorite tools listed above but love learning new languages.
