Been building ODF over the last ~7 years. 1,000+ companies started including popular YC ones like Finch.

Will amend the route and thanks for the scoop on it taking roughly double the Google Maps estimate!
I have things like Dallas/Denton the route because the actual stop is TBD but the cities are fairly close together (Dallas and Denton are about 50 minutes away from each other).
I've got a friend in Victoria so I'm stopping there for a show and to take a bit of a breather at the end of this marathon!
It's on the music + bio section of the site but I should add it to the OP:
Recently I found a post titled, “Ask HN: Am I crazy?” (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=801208)
The OP had laid out his desires to travel around the United States after finishing college to meet up with founders around the country and write about them. I was happy to see that the HN community encouraged him. I shot him an email at 1am the night I discovered the post asking if he ever went on the adventure. I never heard back.
I was reading about bleach shirt stencils in MAKE magazine actually: http://makezine.com/projects/bleach-shirt-stencil/
What's not so good is if you are a genre expert it doesn't do too deep of a dive.
For instance I love the roots artist Guy Clark but I know every artist that is recommended (http://ifyoudig.net/guy-clark). I like the majority of them so the suggestions aren't off by any means but it would be nice to get more obscure (but still accurate) suggestions.
There are also posts about failure but I'd say they are a bit less common than the ones about success.
I also think the keyboard shortcuts on Asana are faster and more intuitive. Don't get me wrong - I love Trello's layout and Kanban - but it feels very light in comparison to Asana (which some probably consider a positive).
I was hoping Trello Gold would have offered the things that keep us from using Trello in the first place because I really do like the the Kanban method.
If the iPhone 5C had the same core components as the 5S I would get it instead because the plastic is probably more durable and I'd like a colorful device as a change of pace from the white and silver Apple products I own currently.
edit: please don't let me be misunderstood.
I'd be surprised if even half of the people that pledged early on are able to keep up with all of the changes and updates.
1. It's getting wishy-washy. I don't know any campaigns that have changed around rewards this much (both pricing and what you get) and for many people that may be a turn off. Why would someone get the phone at $695 when it could go down more? Obviously the said the price won't go down but they had said that previously when they were above $700.
2. $695 immediately withdrawn from your PayPal account prior to tha campaign succeeding is a hard pill to swallow for many even if you are refunded 100% if (when?) the goal is not reached.
3. May 2014 is a pretty long time from now and I bet the wait will end up being longer (I waited almost 1.25 years for my Leap Motion and they had significant VC backing). Too many people may not be able to think this far ahead.
Why did I back the project? Well, I liked the idea of making a custom hardware device and thought crowdfunding the creation was interesting. I've never actually used Ubuntu (or Android for that matter) but the scale of the goal and the precedent it could set for people doing very capital-intensive projects with crowdfunding was what motivated me to back it.
Delaying pain definitely creates more. Luckily for me this only extends to what's in my fridge: http://blog.ideasthenlemonade.com/post/54016639958/delaying-...
