thanks for an interesting observation with the back button, we will take a look at it.

it looks like a niche product for developer community. what i would try:
* write content around how to create web form in different language + add to each article reason why they should use your saas instead
* create a youtube video that would show how to use the product, focus on researched keywords, e.g. how to make a secured web form
* join slack and facebook group communities
* try to promote your tool on producthunt, not because of the sales - but to gather the feedback
* there are many great products out there and some of them have better product market fit + marketing = what i want to say it is more like a marathon than a sprint
good luck!
It is private browser for Mac and Windows. Paid for Mac users and Free for Win (Win version still has some bugs)
2) check producthunt monthly winners, those are the apps that won during the voting https://www.producthunt.com/time-travel/2021/5
I would not sell the project at this stage as you would sell it for not a big value. You would need a couple more paying users to prove your concept.
Once you have a few hundred paying users, you would see interesting data. Like how many months they keep paying? How many of them churn? How much can I afford to pay for acquiring a paying user?
However, the app cannot do drill down yet (and don't know what app can do it).
Personally I prefer typing to drag-and-drop so I use https://www.gleek.io/
Check templates and turials, or ask me if you like to know more ;-)
When I create diagrams I prefer typing than drag-and-dropping and gleek.io is pretty fast.
You can check the diagram examples:
* Basic shapes https://app.gleek.io/diagrams/basic
* ERD crows foot https://app.gleek.io/diagrams/erdiagram
* UML class diagrams https://app.gleek.io/diagrams/class
* UML sequence diagrams https://app.gleek.io/diagrams/sequence
Recently we made also video tutorials, hopefully it helps when you are learning to work with a tool:

Feel free to ask anything, happy to help!
we would like to look into your error, can be browser-based, sometimes even browser extensions can do nasty things :-/
it would be helpful to know more details about 1. and 2., we already have SVG implemented - more export options are available for paid users
we are going to talk about it during our next planning.
there are many differences to the mermaid. i have mentioned them in the comments already / saving of the diagrams, unified syntax throughout various diagram types, diagram code autocomplete, templates, integrations with azure devops and confluence.
what other paid feature would you wish for?
to answer your questions: yes, the free tier is limited to 5 diagram files and 40 diagram objects.
the free tier has diagrams saved in the local IndexDB database of the browser. paid tier has them saved on the servers.
