As an IT Consultant/Web Developer I am getting my contracts via recruitment agencies, which is not optimal. I believe "Ask HN: Who is hiring?" thread is a clever and simple method to get a job or hire a hacker. I like Gmail's UI/UX, so I've built a similar UI for latest HN jobs.

Can you tell me please one feature - a single one - you'd really want me to build? All feedback is much appreciated!

If this HN thread would not have been so popular I would have not bought this new Apple headphones. I already have got Airpods(in use), Airpods Pro(daily), Sennheiser M2(broken - not charging) and M3(daily in use). I am looking for comfort, good sound quality, nose canceling and easy to use.

If I don't like them I'll just return it. The price is high but I am happy to pay for it - if I can make use of them 3+ hours per day while working on my computer - and Apple knows that!

I got my Pi 400 today. Unfortunately the USB-C port does not work with external monitor, it's only for charging.

I was hoping I would have just one cable going from the Pi to my monitor. Maybe it will be possible in the future via a software update?

I was getting ~4KH/sec then I've done some tuning and got to 20KH/sec with Chrome. I plugged in the power cord, changed from Balanced performance to High performance option. Also enabled GPU for use with Chrome instead of integrated graphics.

What do you mean by "fulfilled by Amazon-type products"?

I know someone who spends a good part of day looking to get these discounted products, although the reviews he writes are honest, biased - I am not liking the addiction he has got, buying cheap unnecessary stuff non-stop.

Everyday he has to buy something, this might not be sane on a long run, happy it will end soon.
