Show HN: 'Who is hiring' jobs in a Gmail-like interface. A weekend MVP

I think many web apps should borrow Gmail's simple UI and experience.

This is my attempt to improve user experience of monthly 'Who is hiring' HN thread.

Any feedback is much appreciated. Could you tell me one - a single one - feature/improvement you'd like me to do next? Thanks!
