He is probably assuming that e-commerce sites must/should use EV certificates. It could be an additional trust source but how many users really care that the cert is EVed.

Those aren't CMS...

Why exactly bother with anything else than PHP?

Which special BMW did you have when every newish BMW has Reverse at the top and Drive at the bottom (no way of passing Reverse when putting in Drive)?

EDIT: Seems that you are talking about 10+ year old BMW and telling that CA car UX is amazing - cars with no buttons and clicking (touching) through submenus to get the AC blasting...

How do you define "unneeded" oil changes. If the oil change wasn't reset that is up to your service.

A top sprint bicyclist can beat Usain Bolt in 100m. A modern or even a few not so modern liter bikes would have no problem in beating Bolt either.

Last time i tried to use LibreOffice (~2 years ago) on OSX it was super slow/hanged when opening large CSV files while Excel on a virtual machine (same host) had 0 problems.

Either it is specific to USA or the data is weird, https://www.codingdojo.com/blog/the-7-most-in-demand-program... reports that in January (based on the same Indeed.com site) PHP is behind C#. PHP is powering >75% websites it just makes no sense to not even be in the Top20

"The password can not be changed. It is not possible to disable the WiFi network."

You can only change the password for management portal not the WiFi.

No ride share is the same comfort level as private vehicle and it never will be.

w3techs reports that PHP is around 78% in Alexa Top 10mil sites.

So who is the asshole here? Sounds that it is Hungarians and not EU. It is the same thing as blaming the homeowner for leaving doors open and not the burglar.

Voting: how is it an EU thing? Provide a source for EU document because i certainly haven't heard anything like that in my country.

Actually, no, that is not related to cellphone manufacturers.

Except for the fact that the these cracks are in the "pickle fork" - a part that is supposed to last the lifetime of the plane without cracking.

If everybody was a first class citizen - sure, we don't need cops, but that is not the reality. It is easier to call the cops instead of doing "PR" with a chance for it to get physical and there are probably quite a lot of examples of just that.

You don't have to be online while flying just logged in the app at some point in the past.

You literally just described effort - doing everything possible to attract investors.

Giving orders to others are your actions/efforts/decisions so it entirely suits the definition.

Self made means that you didn't inherit your money, win it in lottery or somebody just gave it you. Self-made doesn't stop applying when other people are involved, that is just absurd.

Is USA really that poor that somebody who has a car is seen as rich?

Sounds a bit backwards when one of the most powerful countries in the world cannot afford to issue its poor citizens passports...

Passport for a regular person in my country costs 30$, for children, people under 20 or over 65 and disabled persons it is 15$, and it is valid for 10 years. You literally have 10 years to put down 0.25$ per month.

P.S. You must have a valid passport when you reach a certain age.

How is this innovation? Imo Windows have this in Group Policy since Vista as well as specific DLP software.

School, doctor, home, job, taxes etc. that should leave a "paper" trail that can be looked up by officials.

Read the 4th point fully.

> The information below is concerned with those EU citizens who arrive in the UK after exit, not those residing here before the UK withdraws from the EU.

Not sure how exactly that gov.uk link is related to this as the article tells about a new plan so you should really dispute the article by providing evidence that the new home secretary doesn't want to impose anything different.

Here drivers licence isn't recognized as a valid ID (can't even buy alcohol or get packages at the post office with it) because of what i assume is lax built in security mechanisms and everyone must have a valid passport. I do think that any system can be abused (social engineering, employee doing his job poorly etc.). At the end of day it should be possible to prove that it was a scam but just the fact you have to deal with it for quite some time is pita.

I am from Europe and i can't do anything except a random consultation about products without providing an actual ID (passport or ID card) in bank. The same goes for SIM swap - i have to go to mobile operator client center and provide ID before getting a new SIM. Obviously this is not 100% safe as the bank/mobile operator employee still could be social engineered somehow but it sounds miles better than what you have in US.
