Sometimes it doesn't end as well...

It's also common to get offers of compensation for a good review with the product.

For me, it's the McChicken.

An AR-15 style rifle is not an assault rifle. The definition of an assault rifle is "a selective fire rifle that uses an intermediate cartridge and a detachable magazine". Selective fire means "the capability of a weapon to be adjusted to fire in semi-automatic, burst mode, and/or fully automatic firing mode". These were banned by the 1986 Firearm Owners Protection Act.

There are "assault weapon" bans like that in my home state of California that ban certain cosmetic features on guns. These are completely pointless as an AR-15 is functionally no different from any other semi-automatic firearm.

Assault rifles were banned in 1986. The only assault rifles available on the civilian market are registered pre-ban ones. Due to limited supply they tend to be quite expensive ($10,000+). You have to register with the ATF and pay a special tax to purchase one.

Sometimes they straight up hire them as anchors.

>It has a USB port in the corner. If you plug it into a computer, it boots in about 6 seconds and shows up over USB as a flash drive and a virtual serial port that you can use to log into the card’s shell.

No way I'm plugging a business card into my computer.

They already know.

I have had lots of interesting conversations with random people at bars, but I have noticed that generally it is only older people who are comfortable with it. The last time I tried talking to someone my own age they just looked at me like I was crazy and then turned away from me without even responding.

Having a kid is a choice they made. You don't choose to be born.

Imagine all the dirt the NSA has on congress.

I'm pretty sure satellites can take detailed photos from a distance.

I openly participate in locksport communities and I haven't had any visits from the FBI.

At my school it was worse than that. Any one "involved" in a physical altercation would be suspended. Someone could walk up and punch you and you would be suspended for it. This obviously had a chilling effect on reporting. No more bullying. Problem solved.

Still you don't provide a concrete example. I found a link to the 1619 project.

Can you tell me what specific part of it you find inappropriate for schools?

I appreciate your response, but that is just one teacher though not any kind of policy. I am trying to find out what specific part of California's "Critical Race Theory" curriculum you object to. I hear a lot of people who are mad about the teaching of CRT in schools, but thus far no one has provided me concrete examples of any specific teachings that are objectionable.

It seems to me to be more of bogey man rather than anything real.

Just set an alarm on your phone.

Can you give an example of something specific that is taught in California schools with regards to CRT that you object to?

Remember Digg?

No one is gaming at 4k120 what are you even talking about?

I bet they just found a bunch of catalytic converter materials at the drug "lab" and jumped to conclusions. They are just having addicts steal the cats to pay for the drugs.

I gave up cleaning the trash in my apartment courtyard as certain neighbors took it as an invitation to dump ever increasing amounts of trash (including entire kitchen sized trash bags) knowing "someone" would pick it up. Sometimes you just can't win.

>And we have -- we can kind of almost see the end. We're vaccinating so very fast, our data from the CDC today suggests, you know, that vaccinated people do not carry the virus, don't get sick, and that it's not just in the clinical trials but it's also in real world data.

How did they authorize a fueling stop?

If you could get all parts at cost couldn't you build your own iPhone for less than the price of an iPhone?

I wish.
