You forgot GitHub Copilot which most of us refer to as VS Code Copilot.

(point-of-clarity: I am referring to Copilot within VS Code IDE not Copilot manifestations within the GitHub website UX, which I think is also called GitHub Copilot)

IMHO this is the primary reason that Copilot as a brand has been polluted to the point of "meaningless." Today, a year later, there are probably 60 different permutations.
