This whole pdf screams this obviously is the children’s problem not mine.
Makes you realize that a lot of success is luck with timing, as even those that have sold/done an exit tend to be talking out their ass about most things.
Trying to block Amtrak from services should automatically incur a funding pause for those tracks.
Ps OP your site is lacking https
If anyone thinks this way about Student Free Speech you have to have willing and purposefully choose to stick your head in the sand and ignore the fact that school admins acting in their official role and on the clock for Oberlin joined in these protests, even supplied material, and broke contracts without paying the penalty required by the contract.
Mac Catalyst is the current probable best way, but is looking long in tooth as SwiftUI gets all the love
AppKit is the old way but unless you want to relearn a bunch I wouldn't recommend it
"This absolutely chills speech; public groups must now censor the actions of their individual members or find themselves liable legally for their ostensibly protected 1st Amendment rights."
If the admin hadn't joined in an official capacity handing out flyers, canceling contracts, and posting libel to their own website there would be no case about the students protesting. Workers are still free to do this on their own time, but the second they do it as a part of their work, then the public group should be held responsible as that group has now made a public policy decision.
I would be intrigued though has YC ever formally come out and said they are looking to increase diversity and thereby decrease the amount of Asian and White male founders they accept each batch?
Also why does YC not report on LGBTQ stats for their founders then? Surely they are also underrepresented in the Startup world as well.
