or s/he could be in a country or position where for whatever reason it is prohibited, or could be see as admitting to a crime as no where in the US had legalized weed 44 years ago... I have zero problem stating that I am frequent user but I also have the benefit of only every smoking with a medical card and have never frequented a black marker dealer, so what is your response to me?
