Why do you include your undergraduate degree as part of your medical training? I've asked dozens of doctors (and lawyers) about the relevance of their college/undergraduate education to their day-to-day work and none have said it was critical, most have said it was not relevant, and some have had completely non-medical majors (music and physics). Of course, maybe it's different for you, which is why I ask.

If you are curious about old arcade games and live around, or passing through Chicago, I highly recommend Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield. Almost 900 arcade games going back to the 70s. They even have a coin-op Pong. All of the games are set to free play and it’s $25 to play all day long. They had every arcade game I could remember from my childhood at Aladdin’s Castle in Lincoln Mall. Even the really weird hologram Time Traveler game.

The Federal Reserve Banks are not a part of the federal government, but they exist because of an act of Congress. Their purpose is to serve the public. So is the Fed private or public?

The answer is both. While the Board of Governors is an independent government agency, the Federal Reserve Banks are set up like private corporations. Member banks hold stock in the Federal Reserve Banks and earn dividends. Holding this stock does not carry with it the control and financial interest given to holders of common stock in for-profit organizations. The stock may not be sold or pledged as collateral for loans. Member banks also elect six of the nine members of each Bank's board of directors.
