swrobel··on Spotify CEO: musicians can no longer release music only “once every 3-4 years”
Try telling that to Daft Punk

Came here to say this and was glad someone beat me to it
swrobel··on Breonna Taylor case: Louisville police nearly blank incident report
Why is it acceptable to edit the headlines on HN, especially to something nonsensical like this?

swrobel··on NextDNS is my new favourite DNS service
Why not use use a dynamic dns service? My router updates my VPN's dns entry automatically at cloudflare when it gets a new up. Everything works like magic just like the previous poster's setup, except without a static home ip.

swrobel··on Amazon Changed Search Algorithm in Ways That Boost Its Own Products
Wow, had no idea they were still using the A9 moniker at all. I'll always remember it as their ill-fated Google competitor that they tried to make cool by shoehorning into perhaps the cringeworthiest moment of an already-cringeworthy show: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sNZ-3KLF7A0

swrobel··on Ruby Style Guide, with linter and automatic code fixer
Looks like opinionated defaults that sometimes contradict rubocop's, ex:

Double quotes for string literals - because pre-committing to whether you'll need interpolation in a string slows people down

swrobel··on I Found the Best Burger Place in America, Then I Killed It
Except startups solicit the money. It isn't foisted on them like this review.
