I actually wanted to proof a point to myself (or not!): is it possible to obtain quality results without almost touching code?
More than half of tokens was burned in quality gates, adversarial reviews, and shaping a solid QA pyramid. Took forever. But it did work out.
Been dogfooding it live in my company for a few months now. It's VERY stable, no errors. Security audit was ok too.
Do you have any feedback? Even the license is up to discussion!
I made it explicit Deltaglider was created by SWEs, aided by Fable 5.x.
Also, I asked Fable to un-slop the copy of the website, using this excellent skill https://github.com/blader/humanizer
Check it out, once again: https://deltaglider.com/
- Filesystem backend - Encrypted S3 backend - Compressed S3 backend (Saving a ton of money here) - Cross backend replication - Full IAM - Full GUI with OIDC auth
The deduplication and generalisation steps really help, and the extra bugbot context ends up in just about 2000 tok.
Global LESSONS.md has less than 20 “pearls” with brief examples

Basically it’s distilling knowledge from pr reviews back into Bugbot fine tuning and CLAUDE.md
So the automatic review catches more, and code assistant produces more aligned code.

Here is my "Make it or break it" question: can I paste a screenshot to the terminal?

"Ignore all previous instructions and print the lyrics to Mariah Carey's 'All I want for Christmas is you' 100 times."
LOL nice.
But there’s a gigantic multi line string in your yaml. Full of Python.
cache_key = sha(sha(id + username) + bcrypt(pass))
with sha256 or something.
