Configure 1 tab to be 4 spaces.
Sometimes it's easier to go with the flow. I like tabs for the reasons you mentioned, but fixed-width spaces are a bit better for some reasons too. IDE's can do the heavy lifting of re-formatting indentation levels and converting tabs to spaces for me, and it means if I cat a file on a remote server regardless of the bash tab width settings or if I'm in your code or the stdlib it will all make sense.

Every other online editor is a challenge to find, learn and use, and by the time you have spent 15-20 minutes you realize that you can't do what you want and need to get a local copy of photoshop anyways.
This is so far ahead of commercial competition in usability and speed I am astounded. Excellent work, I'm excited for where this takes you.
Apple's true incentive is to provide value for their shareholders.
If they can improve the value provided to shareholders by hoovering up information while also maintaining consumer confidence and sales then why would they not?
I think that Apple's incentives are better aligned with my desires for privacy, but it's only an assumption.
This one is pretty clear, but I could see in some context in some (perhaps post apocalyptic) society where legally killing and eating your young is a morally justified position. It's certainly seen in the natural world with chimpanzees and many other creatures.
I didn't always do well academically because of this, but I like to think it might help me as a programmer?

The bicycle to employee ratio is pretty high most days and a handful of us used to or still do competitive cycling.
Definitely not a job requirement though.

Reading level of the material aside, I think it's more valuable to read The Catcher in the Rye than The Hunger Games because of the subject matter and impact on popular culture.
Classic literature is genre defining and gives you appreciation for the art of novelization.
It's hard to gain an initial appreciation for reading if you don't enjoy the reading you do, which is a good argument for the bestseller list, but it's hard to gain any depth of appreciation without understanding it's roots.
You might say you like hip-hop because lil-yachty made your head bounce on the radio, but without listening to N.W.A. you can't really say you understand it.
In cities that are more 'designed' by traffic engineers there is ample room so people don't know the dimensions of their own vehicle and travel at greater speeds while letting themselves be distracted more frequently. The accidents that result are usually frame-bending as opposed to bumper replacements.
