For 95 you'll need to go down to VS2003, which breaks unwinding (but panic = abort works fine).
If you want unwinding on 95 you need to patch out the IsDebuggerPresent function import from the 2005 msvc runtime still, yeah.
Black Mesa is a full reimplementation (and partly reimagination) by a fan team, with large changes, while keeping the feel mostly intact.
EDIT: title was changed.
So it's slow, bloated, and crashes regularly?
47.5 * 2 + 5 = 100
Initial release: May 16, 2000; 23 years ago (32-bit)The Veritasium one mentions NIST peanut butter specifically, even.
- msvcrt linked statically
- even when disabling debug and panic unwind, Rust includes the unwind tables in the binary
- unicows import library linked
I'd also suggest running https://www.resplendence.com/latencymon to see if it's a specific driver causing the stalls, or if it's random.

That's the default on windows, but it _does_ support focus-without-raising. In fact, it's literally called `Xmouse`: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xmouse
An easy way to enable it is to use Winaero Tweaker, but it's builtin Windows functionality: https://winaero.com/turn-on-xmouse-active-window-tracking-fo... (Just make sure "Enable window raising" is unticked).
