Just wanted to say excellent work. This is some convenient wizardy!

A group of hackNY fellows built this over the weekend :) It's pretty fun so far! Hopefully the account they made doesn't get immediately banned.

The first three bands that I got were Nile, Municipal Waste and Morbid Angel so those ones were pretty easy to read. Lucky me!

Thrash didn't even take off until a couple of years later though :P My personal favorite era was the late 80's/early 90's when the thrash bands started getting heavier and death metal was on the rise.

Whether it peaked in '83 or not, I'd still say that most metalheads are older. That is at least consistent with what I see at all of the shows I go to.

Rad to see some Twilio love in this! I can confirm that an unthinkable amount of time and thought goes into those 5 minute demos!

The person I have the highest assimilation score with is someone who I've never talked to in my life, and I only accepted his friend request(really recently) because we had a few mutual friends.

Haha this is awesome! First a couple of HackNY fellows make Fish Plays Pokemon, now this! I can't wait for what fish related fun comes next.
