I mean, tech can be super helpful and make our lives easier, but it can also be a huge distraction and make us feel stressed out. The person in the article was trying to find a balance between using tech and relaxing, but it wasn't easy.

I think that's true, but I also think we need to look at the bigger picture. As long as there are people willing to buy stolen data, there will be hackers trying to steal it.
