My Year of Tech and Relaxation

I just read this article about a person who tried to relax more by using tech less. It's pretty interesting.

I mean, tech can be super helpful and make our lives easier, but it can also be a huge distraction and make us feel stressed out. The person in the article was trying to find a balance between using tech and relaxing, but it wasn't easy.

Have you guys ever tried to cut back on tech use? Did it help you relax more, or did you just end up feeling disconnected from everything?
