I remember reading this so long ago, before I was interested in computers, and it didn't make a lot of sense then. Now, it's just beautiful.

Why do they cancel this product? Are they losing profit over this? Were they working on any new features? If no new features are required, would it be such a hassle to just keep the product working without assigning engineers to it? Only support?

I completely agree on this being a lot more approachable than Firebase. The premise of Firebase is so nice, but the amount of information when starting to look into it are overwhelming.

This is the sole reason that would prevent me from buying a smartphone with the Harmony OS.

As far as I know, this does not allow dragging files from one computer to another one. Logitech is not the first one to do this though, I already combined my Windows laptop and Debian tower into one triple screen computer 10 years ago, using Synergy[1] and an ethernet cable. There was no noticable delay, I miss that setup.

There is not even a link to the source code on the npm page for it. I installed it and inspected the source code, but I doubt everyone does this when installing a dependency.

Wait, I'm a European that was on a trip to Canada 2 years ago. A bald eagle flew by and lost one of its feathers mid flight. Naturally, I picked it up and took it back home.
