I created an open sauce project called propertywebbuilder for creating real estate websites many years ago. I got distracted with other projects, but recently I've started looking for someone to work with to life again. If anyone is interested please reach out to me.

I believe readlang has similar functionality.

A lot of people are building GPTs and want to know how they can monetise them.

The GPTs shop is not yet active and many directory sites like gipeties.com have sprung up to fill the gap.

Which way the cookie crumbles will affect how the directory sites and the people creating gipeties will do.

I moved from using vuetify with nuxtjs to using the quasar framework because they successfully moved to vue 3 and I haven't looked back. Quasar is hugely underrated

I'm happy to hear you got a lot of extra visitors and new apps created. I imagine that if you get a significant number of users you will be able to figure out which use cases are most popular and worth focusing on.

The real estate implementations are nice but to be honest the functionality provided right now by those templates don't seem sufficient to make many people willing to pay for it.

I'll be happy to have a chat with you about my experience in the sector and what sort of functionality could make your product interesting.

Hey Francois, congratulations on building a great product. It deserves to attract a much higher ranking on hackernews that it has got. Might be worth waiting a few days and posting again.

I can imagine it sucks when you have worked so hard on a product and it does not get the recognition it deserves.

I have been working on a website builder of sorts but I have focused on the real estate sector. I haven't been successfull enough to be completely sure that my advice is correct but I suspect your tool would do better if it was more focused on one or two products. As a creator you are rightfully proud that when someone arrives on your site they have a lot of options. I personally found that overwhelming and confusing. Hope this little bit of feedback can help you improve your product rather than disappoint you.

Real estate tools that actually help buyers and sellers! The vast majority of tools in the real estate space are there to help estate agents / realtors.

Jump off your high horse @Sir_Cmpwn - your definition of open source did not come from the heavens. If the majority of people are happy to accept that n8n is open source, thats the end of it. Accusing him of lying is a bit aggressive.
