ransom1538··on Claude discovers a novel enzyme system with CRISPR-like repeats
Burn (radiation). Cut. Poison (chemo). Your picks for cancer. IMHO Eat less. Remove all sugar and vitamins. Go a week without food. Give your body time to kill the weak cancer cells before they grow exponentially.
ransom1538··on The darker side of being a doctor
"I have lost control of my days. I had worked in a hospital where I was oncall 24/7, 12 days out of 14. I had fortnightly weekends off."

Medicine is ran by a bunch of creepy boards. "ACGME Review Committee for Dermatology." For example gets together and votes on how many Dermatologist we get, fun fact it doesn't go up much.

$They were so kind to add 400 more Dermatologist$ in the past decade to the student pipeline.$ What could the rea$son be?

What I would do if you are a doctor and don't hate humans - ask these boards to let more people in (hopefully Americans, but Americans have an uphill climb getting accepted with the flood of fraud applications from around the world).

MCPs just misses what AI is. If you think MCP is a good idea you are confused what is going on. AI is beyond MCP. MCP is SOAP of AI.

ransom1538··on I can't stop thinking about Papua New Guinea
This is what Columbus saw:

"The captive women told the Spaniards that Carib men traveled by canoe to neighboring islands, killed or captured men and carried away young women. Chanca says the women were kept as servants and concubines. They further alleged that children born to these captive women by Carib men were eaten, whereas children born to Carib women were raised."

IMHO People had it rough before missions. These particular natives left right there and were ready to sign up!

ransom1538··on DOGE overstated savings, government watchdog says
Last night a jam was canceled in Brazil: "bee-conservation musical". People say it's a waste of US tax payer funds (USAID), but they don't understand the real cost. 600 people are now suffering from PTSD and attending survivor therapy after being deprived of the bee-conservation musical. Our homeless can wait, the "bee-conservation musical" must go on.

(Europeans: this is sarcasm)
