Interestingly I had an almost identical experience to this report in codex. It output a user memory file that looked awfully real and wasn't at all related to my work.
I have the pixel 6 Pro. By far the worse phone I've ever had. It's unable to hold a consistent phone conversation and I'll often cut out so the person on the other end can't hear me. Did a RMA and the new phone has the same problem. Support is also difficult to deal with. Ive been a loyal pixel owner until now, but can no longer recommend anyone buy a pixel phone.
Thats quite a straw man. There's a pretty big difference between using a benefit as intended and taking advantages of loopholes in tax law by creating multiple shell entities around the globe. You can argue they have a duty to shareholders to optimize profits, but let's not pretend it's the same thing as paying your taxes as the law intended.
Doing anything too complex there would be pretty surprising to me. if they are it seems they didn't do too good a job since the test is emulating a old phone that should probably get a simple/smaller page
Websockets seems strictly more efficient than this strange attempt to create your own protocol. Not sure what challenges you've had with websockets, but I can't see how SSE is more efficient. Especially when creating protocols like client -> server where you'd need really custom edge proxy configuratings.
I think you misread that. It says you could spend your money on something better. like a juicero. Hard to know exactly how the author views juicero in terms of being a good product but I think the point is it's a much better kickstarter than this game. Seems you agree on that.
Where do you get the impression MongoDB is trending towards death? Seems to be growing by some metrics; the stock price has more than doubled in the last year. Not a fan myself, but still seems a long way from death to me and seem to be doing something right in enterprise market.
I assume they're figuring this revenue would continue for a while even if they all quit tomorrow. From their August numbers their churn rate is down to 6%. Even at this rate it seems like they could make pretty good passive income if they all decided to stop working on this today and pick up a new day job tomorrow.
I actually ran into a simple example of a challenge like this. The power went out in mountain view a few weeks ago and a bunch of stop lights stopped working. I pulled up behind the self driving car which had stopped at the disabled light. Instead of treating the light like a stop sign, the car remained stop. After 5 or so seconds stopped at the light (there were no other cars at the intersection), I honked at them. I assume someone took manual control because it started to move right after.
While this situation could probably be addressed, it is a great examples of challenges these cars may come across.
I beg to differ. I don't see how an oxford comma would fix this confusion. In fact I think without it his statement is easier to understand. We can easily see he means three people. If he used the Oxford comma the second person would look identical to a preposition and would make your parents comment more valid.
The problem is this can be more of a hassle for you. I've been pulled over as a teenager and when I said no he decided to search my car anyway. Saying no doesn't always help, in fact sometimes it makes them give you more trouble and search harder.
Not sure how they do it in Ohio, but they've been doing this in Missouri for a while. They post the signs right before an exit that is rarely used that say something like "Drug checkpoint ahead be prepared to stop." I think I even saw it say something like last exit before checkpoint once. They then stop everyone that gets off at the exit. If you take a second to think about it, it's pretty obvious. Apparently it still manages to catch people.
I had a hard time reading that phrase, and I thought it was because he didn't spend enough time editing the article. I like to think I am a cultured person, but I truly didn't know it was grammatically correct in British English. Don't judge all Americans just because I am naive.
While I understand computer scientists are not always the best writers, phrases like "Amazon do have a breaking point" make it hard to continue reading this article.
