Look into creating a morning routine that gets you to working on something so when you wake up you get out of bed and start something, anything. Start making breakfast (this can be easier if you have the coffee pot on a timer so it is ready upon waking), pound some water & a banana before going for a run, do hygiene and get dressed -- any of these make a good starting point. Finally, getting out of the house/apt to a workspace can really help the focus as well -- I dream about working on my startup all day at work but when I get home I frequently fall into the traps you've discussed unless I go to a place specifically to work.
As a redditor you might want to look at /r/getMotivated.
Finally, the biggest thing for me has been realizing that "just start" is really, really helpful. If I can just make myself start on something for 5min then I can easily work on it for 5 hours but that initial resistance is by far the worst of my barriers.
Good luck.
How little Spanish could one speak and realistically get by? Yo sé un poquito, solamente un poquito. The website says they work in English but the general Chileans?
If the idea is a web & mobile service that focuses (almost) exclusively on the US & UK, would that be feasible?
Can you talk about what type of talks and events are required for founders to give / attend and how demanding on your time this is?
At the end of that time period, what happens to your work visa and whatnot? Can you stay to work there, are you expected to work there, etc...
Sorry for the delay again & thanks.
Also, how would the US market being the almost sole target impact things?
If they are offering serious money (being BigPharma I imagine it isn't peanuts) you will want this handled professionally. Peace of mind that you are getting a good deal and while they company maintains interest.
Kudos on the success!

Anyone who who owns pretty much any public equity can say he/she benefited from government intervention.
Full, unnecessary disclosure: Long on BRK, GS, C, BAC and others.
It is a lot easier to teach a room filled with children who are willing to put in the work or at least not screw it up for the other children. It is a lot easier for a teacher when he/she can kick a child out of class for misbehavior and the teacher is protected rather than chastised.
I much rather would have taken Electrician 101 than Introduction to Percussion in high school.
That you were allowed to take APs early in your high school career is rare. That you were allowed to take higher level math/science is rare. That a university accepted a 16(?) year old student is also rare.
The argument isn't that it has no benefits. The argument is that it fails the people it was designed to help. Considering the trend is that most drop outs come from disadvantaged backgrounds and tend to have less beneficially involved parents, it seems your case is irrelevant entirely.
Also, I believe that education should mirror yours in more ways, where intelligent students can progress forward at rates that reflect their changing status rather than an inflexible system.
This is assuming we have a working, widely accepted definition for competence which we tend to gloss over and use only in specific contexts.
I also strongly disagree with "it is a a wise man who knows he knows nothing". A wise man knows what he doesn't know, but he certainly knows some things. He knows where to apply his own judgment and where to apply the thinking of others.
Also, I would think that exptime-complete problems we could call irreducibly complex :)
My first thoughts strayed to computability theory though.
I have found the smarter (and in the majority, not all) someone is, the more likely that person sees the complexity of things.
It reminds me of what PG said about this in his "why to not not start a startup" -- he is successful for what he does and they don't think he should be because he writes about things he doesn't do professionally or something.
Even if the sexual contact network is not a hub oriented "small-world network" and more like our highway system -- that doesn't seem to mean that diseases will stay isolated in one area, just it might not spread quite as quickly or pervasively.
"By this account, there are no metaphysical or epistemological problems special to mathematics. The only worries left are the general worries about non-mathematical physics, and about fiction in general. Field's approach has been very influential, but is widely rejected. This is in part because of the requirement of strong fragments of second-order logic to carry out his reduction, and because the statement of conservativity seems to require quantification over abstract models or deductions."
I will admit that I have a problem when fictionalism requires that we regard "2 + 2 = 4" as false (also from wikipedia). All in all an interesting idea.
I won't be at all surprised if the Android tablets have a similar look & feel to the iPad, but intended for specialized work as opposed to media consumption. I imagine the customization capability of an Android (or other OS) tablet would allow for simple, specialized devices that succeed.
I could be entirely wrong about Apple's paradigm and the resultant prospects. I disagree with many of Apple's decisions, but no one can deny their success over the past few years (though their stock is overvalued right now imho).
