you get to find out all the steps!

meaning you learn more

priprimer··on Alonzo Church: Architect of computer intelligence
the real challenge of understanding lamba calculus is realizing its simplicity

it is a sacred idea by the fact that executing it does not really help understand the fact that it is equivalent to any and all computation

priprimer··on Everything we know about spies is wrong
royal blood is one of them ideas even worse than the notion of race
priprimer··on We're all living in a black hole: The bold theory scientists can't disprove
plot twist. it is the black hole in the center of the galaxy

so we are inside an object that we can observe looking outwards to the stars

priprimer··on Deadweight Loss as a Service
> letting the money decide the outcome

some people call that data driven decision making and they like it

others call it “skynet” and they fear it

priprimer··on Quadratic Reciprocity: The connection that changed number theory
what I am amazed by is how of the primes congruent 1 mod 4 can be factored into complex numbers

but what puzzles me is that 11,13,17,19 are primes just like 101,103,107,109

but the real punchline is that 23 is the next prime after 19 AND 113 is the next prime after 109. WHY!?

this must be connected to 2*5

but I only have questions and confusion
