How did you decide to stop? I’ve been on Escitalopram for a few months now after suffering depression and anxiety that affected (and was affected by) my work relationship. My GP tried to get me down from 10mg to 5mg but I felt terrible again. I’m now on 7.5mg and feel ok. But I can’t imagine stopping. Like ever. I wonder how I could stop. Or perhaps just accept and take them forever?

Seems like a weird company with a solo founder who explicitly says they aim to be a 1 trillion company (not sure if they’re joking) and lists values such as “Grind. We work long hours to be the best at what we do.”

What kind of changes are you looking for? and how would knowing the forecast help you prepare or avoid headaches?

Anecdotally my headaches correlate with weather changes but was never able to pinpoint exactly the markers.

We whitelisted the stripe IPs completely after getting burned once. If Stripe gets hacked so that the hackers jump off to our site, we have far bigger problems to worry about.

yeah, but sadly there aren’t many CDNs that offer WAF, even the most basic one. I literally begged bunnyCDN to build one so we can switch from CF. It’s on their roadmap for like forever.

I experienced this with my Google workspace account’s access to YouTube. I have 2FA set up using TOTP[•], it works fine. I can also log in to our work YouTube channels, but whenever I try to manage users on any channel, I get blocked. No re-auth option, nothing, just not allowed. Even from the same device and IP that I’m logged into for months. Support wasn’t able to resolve this yet.

[•] To enable TOTP I had to first add a mobile number as 2FA, then add TOTP (Google authenticator) and then remove the number (I did not want to use my personal number for work)

going out for a walk daily. usually between 4000 and 12000 steps. Even when it was cold.

I know it’s not great health advice, but smoking a cigar during my walk motivated me to do it. was more enjoyable/interesting given the repetitive walk destinations around. plus it has a bit of a calming or meditative aspect to it for me. The senses, flavours, ritual etc.

I’m building a recommendation engine for cigars.

There’s still no UI but testing it on a few users on reddit seems like it’s working quite well.
