What's new is that they're redirecting to it if you're EU (like myself)
Edit: It's a pity there's no real archive in the text version, as far as I've been able to tell. No way to scroll down to yesterday's news or anything.
On top of that, I don't think there's anything in the GDPR limiting it to internet related things, so brick & mortar stores will have to be compliant as well, afaik.
Those are established platforms where you are. Anecdotally, no-one here (NL) uses Venmo or apple pay, recently there's been an increase in popularity of 'tikkie' (https://tikkie.me/) which allows people to send payment requests through whatsapp (used by 90%< of people here). so if something like this is ingrained in whatsapp directly apps like that would lose popularity, i think
For cool retro computing stuff, and general archival-of-tech stuff
And if you want to migrate you should be able to download am your stuff and migrate follower lists etc
It's a bit hard to explain, the travel on the keys is just really good, comfortable size and shape, etc. See if you can borrow one for a day and type on it, it took me an hour or so to get used to but now any other laptop keyboard feels wrong.
also they never wrote about cryptocurrencies, they're a free alternative to things like patreon, and only accept payment directly through the bank (i've used them once)
I'd heard of most of these projects, but there's some I hadn't heard about so I'll be sure to check them out.
One issue I've got is that there's no real rhyme or reason to the layout, or why they're put where they are.

The wiki article is actually pretty accurate: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lateralization_of_brain_func...
Stem cells has a similar issue, in that once you made new beta cells your immune system will just react to those.
Current treatment is quite alright. There's ground to be gained in earlier prediction and treatment, and a ton (this should excite people here on HN) in bettering the treatment method—create a proper feedback loop with insulin/glucose readers that automatically push out insulin when needed instead of a huge shot of it when you're guessing you'll need it.
Might I suggest another round of trials but changing up the message when someone joins? It reads quite like a bot/automated system/interactive FAQ, as others point out.
I know that personally if I join one of those with a bot you can usually get a real human on the other end if you curtly answer questions and voice dissatisfaction with the bot answers (e.g. "this doesn't help") at which point it offers to give a human.
What I'm saying is I wonder how this gender effect would interact with a 'bot-like' variable—if people would react this way if the message was more along the lines of "hi, I'm Rachel and I'm a real human working for…'
So they know their strengths for meatspace stores, and supplement that with a good online presence (e.g. same day delivery in this city).
This is Scheltema in Amsterdam btw
>The Two Sigma Conjecture explains the cause of difficulties in communication a party faces when that party encounters another party with vastly different mental capacities
This isn't an abstract.
Stopped reading later on when the nth claim was made without a citation.
btw I just tried image search again after being scared off a while ago because it was buggy, and it's in a much better state than it was back then!
Love how you guys show you don't have to sell out to be able to thrive, and that caring for freedom shouldn't come at the cost of design or functionality (quite the opposite!)
