But not willing to grow over a 10 person team may be a strong and feasible personal preference.
My bet is on $10 billion with a team of 10 people.
Does that still count?

It's possible that all the necessary data is already there. In cloud storage plus those intrusive DBs for sale.
Eventually someone will start selling accurate personas for $0.99.
Perhaps AI companies don’t know how to run continuous learning on their models:
* it’s unrealistic to do it for one big model because it will instantly start shifting in an unknown direction
* they can’t make millions of clones of their model, run them separately and set them free like it happens with humans
We see with good resolution only a small part of our visual field. Perhaps the brain starts to "invent" what's there it we don't give it information by constantly moving eyes.
As a more advanced version, they say that fire kasina practice may produce very interesting visual effects.
When looking for a format to display HQ photos on my website I settled with a combination of AVIF + JPG. Most photos are AVIF, but if AVIF is too magical comparatively to JPG (like 3x-10x smaller) I use a larger JPG instead. "Magic" means that fine details are discarded.
WebP discards gradients (like sunset, night sky or water) even at the highest quality, so I consider it useless for photography.
(Not that I'm a fan of Facebook, and many of their practices are questionable. But if we want to think in a less biased way, it's not correct to leave out the part of the equation where they also do good. We may find that it's nowhere near the bottom of the humanitarian scale.)
On a high level, what's going on in your life may not be considered the best by some "social standards", but it's not necessarily "bad".
You can start by checking if your desires are in line with the standards, or if you would rather have a more "unconventional" way of being, accept it, and try to find ways to work and relate to people from there.
The next part is that a lot of what you see as the problems are skills and you can learn them.
* Emotional regulation is a skill, it has to be learned and practiced.
* Concentration is a skill; some meditation practices are a way to develop it.
* Thinking is a skill; "real" thinking can be difficult and uncomfortable, especially at first.
* Building coherent models of reality is an advanced skill and requires thinking, modeling, verification, self-reflection, and other skills.
* Being a successful entrepreneur is a very advanced skill, requiring all of the above and much more.
Next, you can define your skill learning priorities and decide for which skills you can use some help from professionals and which skills you can train yourself.
If you do your work and come back to the same topic in a year, you will have more experience and better understanding. Identify what you're missing and keep going. Eventually you will be in the much better state.
Good luck!
Feeling that even they don’t understand what all their epics, stories and milestones do haunted me all the time. Page load times up to 10 seconds and totally unusable on a big screen (just insanely slow after window size bigger then on avarage laptops).
Convincing my company to switch to Linear was better than any holiday.
When using opened Macbook with an external screen power usage by discrete GPU is not less 19W almost no matter what (resolution, screen size, etc.).
In my case, with new LG 5K, GPU power usage in clamshell mode is near 5W and with the lid open – 19.5W (and the laptop is too noisy to be usable as an additional screen).
