It only helps me truly at 600mg, which I started taking accidentally, and that's double the UK max, which used to be 600mg but was reduced as there's a mildly higher statistical likelihood of seizures as side-effect with that dose. Afair USA max is 450mg.
If I take any less, the depression causing emotional dysregulation and intrusive/automatic thoughts (hypermentalisations) come back (n I'm an utter mess at baseline), though it's said/known that ND folk can more often have hypo or hyper reaction to certain chemicals.
I read it can have an amplifying affect on other drugs in one's system, so could be a causal part of serotonin syndrome if another medication is being taken, but I can't find that paper again, which in part regarded someone who started it for smoking cessation and found, apparently, that it worked in combination with some serotonin based med to lift them out of depression, though pinch of salt on the causality and reality of all that.
It's also for ADHD, but it doesn't (really) help my attention or memory, though my psychiatrist noted that having space in the mind from not having bad thoughts certainly helps better attention..
There's also a suggestion that women have more social pressure/conditioning to act a certain way and thus are more efficient at an early age at "masking" symptoms of ASD and less likely to get an opportunity to be tested. Maybe there can be multiple suggestions though (yes, rtfad).
If you're part of any group (or set of groups), you're either less or more of an individual, depending on how you look at it, both of which can be viewed normatively as good or bad.
Sure, closed-source communities exist and have for a long age, but many folk have grown beyond the ethos or tradition of closed releases for reasons like, IDK, competitive individualism for clout or potential code quality shame that AFAICT drive such corners of the software world, especially at the level of freeware, not just for business. It's certainly a new world for younger people who skipped the era when that was more prevalent.
If people don't like corporate, there are newer source available licence options that folk to the left of free/open have been advocating more recently.
The NSM (Non/New Season Manager) system is best for saving and recalling the state of the graph. RaySession is a modern NSM front-end+backend.
There's also LV2; it uses RDF to define both the audio unit properties and the relations between them. If only Ingen and mod-host and Carla, with their LV2 plugin graphs, went the full hog and could be used in their (Ingen and Carla anyway) LV2 plugin forms to work as easy-to-make semi-modular software synths, that would be cool. (Part of the thought behind LV2 was to provide a session/graph saving format)
and oooh has jump-up changed sonic properties since the time of Pendulum (let alone Aphrodite)..!
edit: newer jump-up mix examples: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WpUcmV6Mr-Y https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfaD8sYTmiU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2j-d_i_arYU
post-horns, fairly bassline influenced, sommit like that..
Shame you can't categorise Zulip streams like you can with channels on Discord though (something that's also related to the IRC/Matrix vs. Discord conversation/content discoverability thing mentioned elsewhere here).

Yeah, I have allergic rhinitis that is arguably chronic, though I'm managing it much better with fexofenadine these past couple of years. Dust from cleaning/being in a space that I haven't had the head to keep properly clean most of the time (ASD/PDA), pollen, and most both cats and dogs :( Some apples can make my mouth tingle in pain for hours.
My colds used to always go down to become a chest infection, like 15-+10 years ago. I've the steroid inhaler I've been more consistently taking, again more recently.
I don't smoke anymore, but I vape weed (Dynavap).
I can have an asthma attack after running 40/50m for the bus, but I can dance sober for several hours on end, so IDK.
Edit: oh yeah, I just had nasal septoplasty and turbinate reduction the other weekend, and I get the anti-scar stints out this coming Sunday, which will be fun..!
I finally got a PoTS diagnosis last year (along with ASD and ADHD), at 39.
Lying down for 5 minutes then standing up for 10 - if the pulse gets and remains high but with a low blood pressure, that's the main diagnostic criteria.
Symptoms include head rushes, gray outs, brain fog, fainting in like 8%, fatigue, temprature intolerance to hot and cold, cold exteremities, bladder issues e.g. needing to pee more than average ("PoTS bladder"), palpitations as in feeling your pulse (not aythmia) and maybe even rocking/stimming to it (I got great muscle control from trying to cover it up for so long, great for dancing).
Things that help are certain postures, staying hydrated, increasing salt intake by x8 to help the body retain water, leggings or compression socks.
Apparently there are other drugs, but you will be explaining it to most medical folk you meet. I'm waiting for a cardio referral in the UK, though ultimatly it's an autonomic system issue so I would have thought neurology, but we will live and learn.
Possibly maybe I had EDS; zebras keep saying I have such smooth skin and move in a hypermobile way, though I don't pass the standard over-stretch tests, but praying upward behind my back is no problem what-so-ever.

I've just realised I might have "amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome" also, which is something I had been planning bringing up. I didn't know how to factor the chronic "unable to ever relax" pain underlying everything in.
