I mostly do Node.js and Android development so I can work exclusively in Linux but some of my customers install my software on Windows. Always good to see whether everything works on Windows.
Would be interesting to know if at some point they were separated and if not, how they kept together in the dark.

You only spend some time grokking the basic syntax of the language.
Most of the time is spent getting the frameworks working and talking to one another. The frameworks having the same underlying language does not gives you much advantage.

I would assume that her elevation from consultant to board member means that she has been tried and tested.
