People who don't understand what 'racist' means. Which is a lot of people today.

The most important thing, in my opinion, is peaceful parenting. That is, no hitting and no shouting - teach your kids to reason, even if they're being unreasonable.

Why?

Race to the bottom (i.e. competition) is a good thing, it reduces waste and inefficiency.

How is it illegal?

I'd argue this is a positive trend. Hopefully it leads to more innovation in governance.

Lower rates can equal a larger absolute cut.

I agree, although I think 'Equality of process' is more accurate than 'opportunity'.

Ignoring reality is the worst possible option. Regarding your assertion, judging an individual by their collective group average is wrong. I'm a big proponent of research in this area - because I want to change it. For e.g. Black Americans have an IQ, on average, 15 points lower than white Americans. I want more research on this area, so it can be improved. Calling people racists (without evidence) shuts down any meaningful conversation, and hurts those who need the most help.
