Google agreed to the terms. They're paying $100 million per year to the Canadian Journalism Collective.

The rumours about some great number of foreigners pooping on the beach are generated to create resentment against a certain part of the population. They come from the same place as the "litter boxes in school washrooms" rumour from last summer. It isn't something that is actually happening.

The title is still not misleading. You're conflating the results from two different masks. Both N95 and KN95 were tested.

They put a notice above the download link that said it was illegal to export to certain countries. Really. The onus was on the person downloading the software, not the person providing it.

Mazda did the research, and transitioned back to real tactile controls in 2019. I expect more automakers will be or are already following their lead.

I work in the trucking industry. There are many private companies that provide full employment history checks, criminal background, driving record, drug and alcohol testing history, etc. Two off the top of my head are Asurint and HireRight.

Google devices function the same way when configured properly. The mention of multiple devices responding, and some not knowing about the light, makes me think GP has something set up incorrectly.

There is also this one written by Jeff Lemire, though it is obviously a work of fiction. It also features the American monkeys Able and Baker: https://imagecomics.com/comics/series/primordial

Have you considered that, especially immediately after the election, one side of the political spectrum was propagating much more misinformation than the other?

We Live by The Miranda Brothers, and Eve by Victor Lavalle might meet your needs.

Check for pocket lint or other debris in the socket. This exact thing was happening to me, a minute with a toothpick fixed it.

Of course they chose to be Canadian. You can renounce citizenship, see: Conrad Black.

You're perfectly fine with potentially killing family members? Do they know this?

It is insanely easy to do. I even made clones, and gave them to anyone that expressed interest in growing their own.

No list, it's at your doctor's discretion. There are also online/remote doctors that you "visit" via facetime/skype/whatever that will just write you a prescription.

China had to make it rain in order to temporarily improve air quality, because the air is polluted. Asian countries are littered with garbage and recycling imported from the west. People are already suffering.

That feature is implementation specific, not a rule of the game. I've never used it, so I didn't bother implementing it.

Thanks for the feedback, just pushed a fix for it! :)

I'm sure there's only a few ways to do it, but this code is really similar to the one I wrote back in December: https://github.com/mikehodgson/minesweeper

It is playable here: https://sweeper.games

No jQuery, just straight CSS/HTML/ES6

Shaq was in Kazaam, not Space Jam

For the past 10 years you've been able to write code in script or tags. Our application uses tag syntax for views, and script syntax for controllers, services, db model, etc.

It's Java, so it has as much power and expressiveness as Java.

Chiming in from Canada. Tap to pay is mostly ubiquitous here. You will find the odd fresh fruit/vegetable stand that doesn't at least have something like Square set up, but that is the exception. I only have cash on me if someone happens to repay me in cash.

To go slightly further back in time... the whole C64 Forbidden Forest game... the dragon, the reaper/ghost, the demogorgon all made 4 year old me crap my pants.

So it's alright for one group to affect change on the area, but not the other?

We should just suck it up, let foreign investors buy up property to rent to other foreigners, and commute a couple of hours to work every day instead? Canadians are polite, but we're not THAT polite.

Works fine on Windows as well, also Chrome 74.

The book literally follows this process starting on page 5.

Great resource! It brings me back to the early days of the web, poring over "Fravia's Pages of Reverse Engineering".

I feel like this would be a great way to get investigated for insider trading.
