"it's never a good idea to point a QR code to a fixed domain" why not?

I'm considering selling my Nintendo stock at a loss. I don't see how they can come back considering the rise of mobile gaming on phones and tablets... something's got to give somewhere and I think it's Nintendo.

it's a verified listing (do you know hard it is to convince the IT dept to take their automated phone system offline so i could verify a google maps listing? It was nuts and no google didn't offer the postcard method) so i don't see why i have to enter the same info again, but i did.

the listing only shows up if you type the exact name of the hospital into the search bar, which is useless.

i'd rather not drop the name here. but it's a verified listing and i've used the "report a problem" 3 times now. If they're not checking that... :(

PayPal is linked to a checking account usually, so I don't see how that's safe. I use one and only one Amex for all online purchases. If anything goes wrong, cancel the one card...start over.

seriously. i can't get a hospital to show up in google maps... no human for me to talk to. HN is number 4 instead of 1 google page one, they're right on it.

I use mailchimp to do automated rss emails once a month to my blog readers. I love it. Set it up once and forget it. The mailchimp analytics are great and it integrates with your google analytics (shows up as campaign traffic). It's completely free until i get above 2000 subscribers at which point i will gladly pay! Hope this helps.

I manage a fairly big business pulication news site, part of which has a blog component run by their editor. If it were not for their blog (which just links to wacky and funny shit (as defined by them)) they would loose 55% of their pageviews overnight.

At first they tried to fight it because it make them look so unprofessional, but in the end they embraced it (everyone can't be The Economist) and promoted the blog wherever they could. The end result is that their overall pageviews have almost doubled and their ad revenue has followed suit.

So yeah, make it worth their while and people will use your product, service, etc...

it didn't extract images for the sites i tried. all wordpress blogs. EDIT: i just realized why. those blogs are pulling images from flickr.

I average $30 month on a fishing blog, I'm pretty passionate about it too so i don't really consider it work. All the revenue is via google adsense. I've been trying google affiliate but in 6 months have made zero on it.

The site is built on wordpress so i've been thinking about some kind of amazon affiliate plugin but i haven't pulled the trigger yet, haven't read any outstanding reviews on amazon plugins either.

I've never seen anything like this on another browser except ff4

Yeah I got an email today from elance(i've never used them) telling me they have thousands of web developer jobs that have only been bid on by a few people and they need more developers.

Taking a look at the site, all the jobs are for less than $500... the war rages on.
