mazondo··on Gem command extensions for launching a gem's homepage, issues and documentation
Made this little jobby last night after stumbling across this: https://github.com/paulirish/git-open which is also awesome.

Launch the homepage: gem home gem-name

View Issue tracker: gem issues gem-name

View Documentation: gem docs gem-name

It tries to do some clever stuff like falling back to github url's if the gem creator didn't add explicit links. Falls back to rubydocs if there are no links and the gem isn't hosted on github.

To Install: gem install gem-home

mazondo··on JQuery plugin for turning form inputs into a js object
formalizeData has been updated to support many more input types (I believe most of them now). I use it all the time in my backbonejs apps for pulling inputs from forms and converting to json before sending to the server. Feedback is greatly appreciated!
mazondo··on Show HN: Js library to show github stars for repo or user/org
We made this real quick to show how many stars we have for all of our repos, also works with a single repo as well.
mazondo··on Arg.js – Lightweight URL argument and parameter parser
well, they solve different needs, what part of it bugs you?
mazondo··on Arg.js – Lightweight URL argument and parameter parser
been using this for a few days now. Simple to use and solves a common frustration, I've added it to my standard base app install.

Edit: base, not bass...silly me.

mazondo··on Form data to js object to json - jQuery plugin
This should exist already, and probably does, but I couldn't find it. It's become my favorite plugin ever, would love some feedback!
mazondo··on Show HN - A marketplace for ruby code
The basic gist here is that I have tons of projects with tons of useful code in them. The projects don't often get much attention, but I know the code would be useful. I'd love to create something that helps keep startup hackers like myself fed until they hit it big!
mazondo··on Show HN: I built an app to share/request files using your own s3
I posted this a bit ago, but got some awesome feedback and made a ton of changes. The app no longer requires any amazon keys to use at all. I also added more info explaining how the connection process works. I've found this app insanely useful over the past couple weeks, and find myself using it all the time. Just want to see if anyone else finds it useful!
mazondo··on Show HN - Bucketio uses your own S3 Account for requesting and sharing files
Here you go! Please let me know if you encounter any issues or if anything is unclear. Any and all feedback is absolutely appreciated!

Great idea. I'll take some screenshots and make a guide.

Sure, we understand, it's part of what we're trying to get figured out at this early stage. Can you let us know what you'd be interested in knowing and we'll work to provide more info?
mazondo··on Show HN - Bucketio uses your own S3 Account for requesting and sharing files
It was an issue we discussed quite a bit when working on Bucketio. If you're S3 savvy, we recommend that you create a limited user and give it access to JUST the bucket you want us using. If you're not, then you can provide your Master keys and the system does the setup for you. We create a limited user with access to a single bucket we create, set the CORS needed for uploading, then we forget your master keys and connect using the new user ONLY.
