I am similar. What I have noticed in my professional career is that a team really helps. When I am not on my "high" sometimes other team members are on their "high". That works really well and then my "high" comes back. Hopefully that makes sense.

My proposal: we work on a project together. Worst case, it doesn't work out and we both have the same outcome. Best case, we deliver something valuable. Let me know what you think.

I just consider TDD as Test During Development. 'During' can be before or after the actual code is written. When I say development is done I mean that the code is written and has been tested.

I have seen mocking and code coverage work really well for a large codebase so I am in favour of those things too. I am not dogmatic about it though. I choose when to apply those things.

You could become a technical architect (there's many types). It's less coding and more meetings and discussions about technical roadmaps.

I have just used Svelte for toy projects but I enjoyed using it. I like the idea of it and think it makes more sense than the React approach. That said, it won't provide many benefits if you already know React and are used to the React ecosystem.

In Ireland, Uber has never been allowed. Taxis are pretty good. We use an app called "Free Now" (Previously "MyTaxi", previously "Hailo") where we can book a taxi and pay through the app. It's more expensive than Uber but it's regulated so always feels pretty safe.

We also have some strict laws like a taxi must produce a receipt if you request one etc
