Are you saying that the shooter was hard right?
lukeholder··on I do not remember my life and it's fine
I thought everyone was like this? No one has a perfect memory. I’m sure it’s a very small slice of people who have their memories filed in a database like lookup system? Some memories stick, most don’t?
lukeholder··on Show HN: Badgeify – Add Any App to Your Mac Menu Bar
Since other people are sharing their fav menu bar manager, shoutout to bartender app: https://www.macbartender.com
lukeholder··on Hyperspace
Best course of action is to not trust John, and just wait for a year of the app out the wild, until everyone else trusts John . I have enough hard drive space in the meantime to not rush into trusting John.

I’m noticing most frameworks moving towards being PHP from end and backend. Smart templates with HTMX.
lukeholder··on Hamlet: A type-safe Haml template engine for Go
Agree. I really wish TAL template were more popular though, I’m intrigued about using them with HTMX.
lukeholder··on Ask HN: What are your 2024 resolutions?

Love seeing so much of jQuery deprecated and removed due to it becoming available in JavaScript core. Well done jQuery!

Having said that HTMX is now my main tool now for front end.
