kulig··on Books that changed my career as a software engineer
If youre doing simple stuff then its simple i guess
kulig··on A personal story of treating social anxiety with 5-MeO-DMT (2016)
Jeez. Be careful with this stuff. It could also destroy your life.
kulig··on Survey shows people no longer believe working hard will lead to a better life
That's exagerated.

I would tell them "dont get fooled by tales of money. Take care of your body, your relationships, because thats where your wealth is. "

kulig··on How can you not be romantic about programming? (2020)
I learned this the hard way. Thought I was special and passionate and hard working. Then I had a mental breakdown and could barely get anything done. All of a sudden money became the top priority I started seeing the world for what it really is.
kulig··on How Antidepressants Work, at Last?
I dont believe that people have anxiety disorders for no reason at all...

e.g. an autistic teenager who got beaten up for being socially clueless or abrasive. Anxiety might be the thing that saved them from being seriously harmed.

kulig··on How hard should I push myself?
Do wild animals "push" themselves? No. So theres your answer.

Humans are crazy.

kulig··on What If You Could Do It All Over?
Lmao. Start lifting weights and learn how to dress. Nobody gives a damn what your job is.

If you actually think lawyer is a high status job then youre watching too many movies.

kulig··on Is the web getting slower?
5 years is not a lot of time.
kulig··on Why do so few people major in computer science? (2017)
Thats because the high classes dont go into CS. They do philosophy, math, biz admin (to admin the money they already have), and law (to continue to control the masses)
kulig··on No One Goes There Anymore
I live in a country with plenty of socialized services, and when I see stories like this it seems to me like it's everyone for themselves in the USA. Seems kinda bleak.
kulig··on How to prepare for losing your programming job
Trying to stay up to date with everything is a surefire way to make sure you're never really good at anything
