Instead of asking "what is/how do you do this?" it is better to give example scenarios and listen to what someone would do, to see how they approach the problem.

The whole issue is not just spacial but also temporal, that is usually the point when your brain gives up understanding the whole problem.
A good description would be: a black hole is the collection of events that do happen outside our space-time/universe. This also explains some of the paradoxes near the event horizon.
But as I said earlier its usually bad to stand in silence with no answer and let time run out. Better to admit whats going on and try to explain what the issue is.
Instead of standing there with nothing its better to be straight up and just say "No idea mate" and then name reasons why that is but how you'd solve it in a normal situation. It is a lot about human psychology, showing them that they want/need you, not vice versa.
Sometimes all it takes is balls and a good amount of "I don't give a fuck" attitude.
I wouldn't let anyone treat me like Sahat got treated.
I bet most here never had nutrition/sport theory in school, I did have that. If you know how your body works, how food is processed internally and what is good/bad fats/sugars/carbs then it is not hard to eat healthy. I don't do much sport and still don't gain. The rest is selfdiscipline
What often happens if that someone asks me if I have seen movie/series X and then I recall and fast forward through the video to remember the plot and characters. That must sound very weird/unrealistic but can't describe it better.
I also can remember most days in my life like this. As stated it can be a burden, those unhealed wounds of dramatic experiences that you live through over and over again in every detail.
