Or in other words, it’s not contradicting if you’re in a 70% group of people who said some answer.
What if the manual of the hammer included a section "try hitting someone with it".
Now, Google's recommendation clearly came from seeing those words appear together, but to me Google is somewhere between completely neutral like grep, a hammer, or a car and fully editorialized like a blog or newspaper.

There are a lot more examples in art that many people could replicate easily, but only the artist came up with the idea.

E.g in the USA, slander or sexual content is limiting what you can express.
In Germany, Holocaust denial and nazi symbols are illegal.
The vast majority of people in these countries seem to agree with these limitations. (I don’t know about the Turkish situation)
The ranking of rights when they’re in conflict with each other is fascinating to me as it can be pretty different by country.

There are certainly some folks who drive just a few hours a week and the companies like to highlight that by releasing stats like “% of drivers drive less then 5 hours”. I think “% of driver time by drivers over 35h/week” would paint a different picture and show just how much they rely on full time drivers.
I’d be surprised if they don’t follow that wish just for PR and legal reasons alone. The fewest people will actually opt out or if they do accidentally opt back in since the “enable web and location data” action appears anywhere from Maps to Google Home setup.
I don't know anything about home robots, but to me this seems to be the first design that is practical to bring to consumers. Not 2 human arms (or even legs) and some expensive face, but instead just a Roomba-ish base, telescope arm with grabber that moves up and down, camera on top.

A paper bag or cotton swab with wooden stick just dissolves if it ends up in nature. Plastic versions are around for a long time.
I think that’s only true until it arrives in the US though and USPS delivers the package to your door. Sure, total time is long, but the cost to USPS seems similar?
My guess is that those categories just don’t have the margins to support a 30% cut without charging more then other platforms. An email service, dating all or games are basically arbitrary prices where every sale is making some money for the company. The store cut is annoying, but basically it’s still revenue.
