j10sanders··on An open source map that helps people find and volunteer for COVID vaccine trials
Awesome project. Are you looking for more contributors?
j10sanders··on Building a dApp into a business is becoming viable… without an ICO
Yes, I am! AMA :)
j10sanders··on Google Developer Documentation Style Guide
I did not realize that 'crazy' is considered Ableist language:

Not recommended: There are some crazy outliers in the data.

j10sanders··on The Myth of 'Learning Styles'
I highly doubt you absorb much at 4-5x speed. 3x speed is very fast -- if the speaker talks quickly, it's borderline unintelligible.
j10sanders··on The First COBOL Bootcamp
gotta be April fools
j10sanders··on Good Plain English: The problem with writing manuals
I think it was critical of the language style guide's language style outside of its criticisms of classics, but then somehow finds the real issue is the meaninglessness of words in the common-folk language of Trump compared to the eloquent (yet also straight-forward) language style Obama.

j10sanders··on Safer to Puff, E-Cigarettes Can’t Shake Their Reputation as a Menace

j10sanders··on David Chang’s Unified Theory of Deliciousness

j10sanders··on David Chang’s Unified Theory of Deliciousness
Sure, but he totally missed the idea of the book. Something tasting salty and not salty is not an instance of self-reference and neither were any of his other examples.
j10sanders··on Programming Language Rankings: June 2016
Along these lines, is there any reason I shouldn't learn Racket instead?
j10sanders··on The Japanese Iced Coffee Method (2012)
Even better: I aeropress onto a cocktail shaker with ice, then shake the hell out of it. The coffee get's very cold much faster, and I just throw out the ice and sometimes put nice new cubes in at the end. The coffee comes out a bit frothy and tastes better than any variation I've bought.
j10sanders··on Bootcamps vs. College
It looks like Triplebyte has candidates take a bunch of tests, and then figures out what YC companies they would be a good match for.
j10sanders··on A Good Night’s Sleep Is Tied to Interruptions, Not Just Hours
Agreed! This is clearly a terrible night's sleep, can't imagine anyone doubting that.
