Not everyone's brain works the same way. For people with ADHD (and other neurodivergent conditions), executive dysfunction can make it really hard to remember to reach out -- even to people they care about deeply. It's not about not valuing the friendship; it's about how memory and motivation work differently.
Instead of disparaging people for using tools that help them maintain relationships, maybe try having a little empathy -- or at the very least, an open mind. Not everyone connects the way you do, and that doesn't make their friendships any less real.

Help us revolutionize last-mile delivery in urban environments! We're building a distributed delivery platform to support the hundreds of thousands of deliveries that happen daily in NYC (and other cities). Our software is running in stores around the city and is used to coordinate thousands of deliveries across our fleet of couriers every day.
What we're looking for:
* VP of Operations Research - Scale up and manage a team of talented operations research experts while you lead the research, development and maintenance of the models and algorithms that we use every day for demand forecasting, scheduling, route optimization, etc. More info here: https://angel.co/homer-logistics/jobs/47887
* Software Engineer - Use your experience across the stack to build new features, deploy new infrastructure and solve challenging integration problems. We use a lot of Ruby, Rails, PostgreSQL and Angular, and are starting to use more Go, TypeScript and React.

Help us revolutionize how restaurants deliver food! We're building a centralized delivery platform to support the 200,000 food deliveries made each day in NYC. Our software is running in restaurants around the city and is used to coordinate thousands of deliveries across our fleet of couriers every day.
We're looking to bring on a full-stack engineer to help us build out our platform. We currently use Ruby, Rails, PostgreSQL, Node.js and Angular, but we're open to all languages and skills--bonus points for interest in Elixir and Go! We're also in the process of migrating our infrastructure to Kubernetes, so experience with AWS and Docker is a plus.
The engineering team is still very small (there's only 4 of us), so you'll have a lot of ownership on the projects you work on and have a big impact on our development culture!
Our interview process involves a phone interview, a take-home coding challenged focused on real software development and an onsite interview where you meet the team and get feedback on your code.

* Have experience designing, implementing and maintaining APIs for your team and customers
* Have a strong, proven background in Ruby, Rails and/or Go
* Have a working knowledge of practical SQL (preferably PostgreSQL)
* Are comfortable working with JavaScript and AngularJS
* Know when to be practical and when to push for perfection

Our software is running in restaurants around the city and is used to coordinate deliveries across our fleet (all which are W2 employees--no contractors here!). We're growing incredibly fast, so to help us keep up with demand we're looking to add a few more talented software engineers to our team.

We're a small team (15 full-time employees) and an even smaller engineering team (3 full-time employees, including myself), so you will have direct ownership over the projects you work on. You'll also be influential in determining our technology stack going forward.

The main difference between the two seems to be how they handle templates. UI Bootstrap has a set of default templates that can be overwritten, whereas AngularStrap doesn't. AngularStrap also includes date/time picker directives.
I haven't tried them out yet, but their support team has been very responsive answering my questions.
The best way to circumvent the issue is to prevent the browser from caching the request (ex. cache busting via random querystring parameters), or to use different URLs for the HTML and JSON response (ex. appending '.json' to the end of the path).
