You mention you have a lot of gloves - what are they all used for if you don't mind me asking?
This might be the most absurd and rude statement all in one that I've seen on HN before. You're surprisingly aggressive and defensive on behalf of a Chinese multinational in your comments and don't actually seem to be interested in hearing the truth. Interesting.
I would probably agree with you that attaining evidence of this spying would be somewhat easier for governments than for others. However, the rest of your assertion that these accusations are only due to geopolitics is pretty out there given it's almost universal at this point that people think Huawei are not on the up and up.
Hurtling accusations without any sort of supporting evidence is literally what you've just done. There's a ton of evidence out there to not use them.
Here are some pieces of evidence for you that literally were on page 1 and 2 of a search:
CIA, NSA, FBI just last year saying the US shouldn't use them: https://www.forbes.com/sites/marcochiappetta/2018/11/25/u-s-...
At least the US and Australian Intelligence services have hard evidence of them spying for the Chinese government: https://www.axios.com/report-australian-intelligence-know-hu... https://www.reuters.com/article/us-huawei-security/former-ci...
I'll be the first to say that Apple has not innovated much, if at all, over the past few years compared to other tech companies, but this seems a little hyperbolic.
Why would you want a flat tax for everyone above 30k?
I'm curious what 'establishment' means to you and which part of the 'establishment' and the 'right' you think are still against him. He and the republicans have literally been in control of the entire federal government for 2 years up until a couple of weeks ago and it seems that the republicans are completely behind him.
Calling it the 'uncorroborated Steele dossier' is a talking point that has been proven to be a lie over and over. It seems that Buzzfeed New's publishing about the dossier is literally the type of 'real journalism' and 'legitimate news' that you're talking about because it has led to multiple investigations of some of the most influential people in the United States and has led to multiple indictments and guilty pleas, including the former National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. I haven't seen many '10 surprise diet secrets' articles doing the same. Have you?
Edit: I thought about it and it seems like generating is the right word and rendering is still just something that happens on the client-side no matter what.
Thanks!
Edit: I'm curious OP if you read this what the comment in your profile means and what someone looking at your website should glean from it: '"I wish I had sexual relations with that man" - Bill, probably'
Your sane conclusion is that there's collective madness happening? Seems like a pretty large stretch of the imagination for that to be the sane conclusion, especially after doctors have studied it and said otherwise.
Your comments are extremely anti-American with just about 0 evidence to back any of it up. It comes off as a pretty out-there anti-American rant to be honest.
I'm sure there are many cases where they do a bad job and costs rise, but I'd imagine the things government has done well and that keep costs somewhat okay far outweighs it and I also imagine you never hear about 99% of the stuff where things are humming along.
