I'll be in Austin in 2 weeks. There's no way I'm letting you buy a first round of coffee. Rakija's on me.
Would you mind emailing me at emil@helpjuice.com ? I'd love to connect with you.
Nick is one of the youngest people (if not the youngest) to ever raise venture capital, perhaps to also sell a company for that range aswell.
He's definitely someone we should look up to. I actually find it pretty amazing, what he did. :-)
Doing business in Bosnia might not be as good as you mentioned.
However, the company is based in US, and I'm also a US citizen.
I do remember those days...and I'm very sorry about the cold call. I figured it was worth at least a shot
Really sorry if I creeped you out there. I'm just a 20 year old kid, that's trying the best he can.
I'm wondering how efficient this would be given that indexing a lot of data via javascript might really not be a good idea..
I noticed Dan Grossman posted a link to Helpjuice.com
I'm the founder of Helpjuice.com, if all you are looking for is ONLY a faq/knowledgebase, then I'd suggest you dive into Helpjuice.com deeper.

Maybe there's someone that would love to run the project.
- Started blogging because of HN
- Started and made money on MVPFor1k thanks to HN & it's members ($5-10k)
- Got some freelance work while I was in high-school
....
- Met a good friend a couple years ago on HN that later on became my first customer, and a powerful testimonial.
- Acquired some customers because of it ($10-20k value)
- Got into a seed incubator because of it ($20k+ value)
Every time I look at the code I have to 'recompile' it in my brain, just because it's doing such a simple thing in such a darn complex way.
Until then, it's all just a (side) project, not a startup.
And the problem is, we can never satisfy everyone as we're all different.
“If you make customers unhappy in the physical world, they might each tell 6 friends. If you make customers unhappy on the Internet, they can each tell 6,000 friends.” – Jeff Bezos, Amazon.com
I can't stress how much I agree with you, Tom. We should really highlight this on the blog, wish you posted it as a comment.
I can't help but ask...do you think that's because the industry their in is high-margin, or ?
People like to feel important. Now, that's not to say your customers are arrogant, or self-centered, but, people really like it when you make them feel important by complying wit their ideas, and responding to them, in the most sincere way possible.
