To me he is more like: Climate change exists but we will adapt.
guil177··on AI 'hallucinated' fake legal cases filed to B.C. court in Canadian first
The title of the article should be: somebody faked a legal case using AI.

guil177··on The Age Gappers: They say they're happy. Why is it so hard to believe them?
I'm not sure historical societies has so much relevance here. I think the real difference with the past is contraceptive.
guil177··on Tesla Recalls 2M Cars to Fix Autopilot Safety Flaws
Phones hold sensitive datas, banking stuffs. I never heard about recall when a security flaw is fixed on a phone by a software update.
guil177··on Factory construction boom in the US
Since when are chinese white?

Edit: I mean every country is playing this game, thinking everybody but whites doesn't protect their interest is delusional. Japan had an empire in the past, China is aggressive towards its neighbors now, africa too, and wants Taiwan.

guil177··on I quit complaining about cyclists scrapped my car and chose public transport
I can see automated car replacing the need for personal car for some people indeed, if it makes the taxi even cheaper in slightly dense areas.
guil177··on I quit complaining about cyclists scrapped my car and chose public transport
I have personally the opposite experience, I used to not have driving license, bike 30-40 minutes or 5 minutes walk + 25 minutes bus every half hour to catch the subway.

Public transport is very slow and exhausting when you don't live in the center near a subway station or very frequent bus. Once I got a car, it felt like so much more peaceful to travel. I could carry my guitar and amp with no problem.

Overall car is way less stressful and exhausting to me, even when traffic is slow I can just listen to music with better confort than a bus.

guil177··on The new Paris métro
It is funny to call fueling racism when saying Paris is particulatly dirty while at the same time admitting it cannot be compared to city like tokyo. Because I guess if compared then it would look particularly dirty.

By the way seoul is also way cleaner than Paris, I believe Singapore too.

guil177··on Topo magazine uses comics to tell the news to French teens
In the topo magazine yes, it has a more realistic style, but still I feel like history is very different from manga, and it still have influence even on those realistic style sometime.

Like all comics like achille talon, asterix obelix, gaston lagaffe, boule et bill, cedric... Every character is exaggerated and not in flattering manner.

guil177··on Topo magazine uses comics to tell the news to French teens
I feel like historically french and belgium comic has a lot to do with caricature.

I remember reading a lot of comic where every character was actually ugly. The only exceptions were tintin and blake et mortimer (from my childhood comic selection obviously)

guil177··on White House blasts Elon Musk for promoting 'Antisemitic and racist hate'
White people are the only people we can portrait as bad in a politically correct manner in USA.

This is what the tweets are about.

Edit: this is one aspect of the tweets.

guil177··on Robotaxis 'do not belong in the city of Los Angeles,' lawmaker says
Not every attempt is successful, but the overall goal of a tool is still to reduce work.
guil177··on Robotaxis 'do not belong in the city of Los Angeles,' lawmaker says
I mean longterm strategy is non sensical.

Why not ban personal car to make the demand for driver even higher?

guil177··on Robotaxis 'do not belong in the city of Los Angeles,' lawmaker says
I never understood the longterm logic of protecting jobs by not using tools.

Any tools goal is to reduce work.

guil177··on Vehicle theft at a 'critical point' in Canada, with car stolen every six minutes
So people are stealing vehicles and your point is that people shouldn't have any personal vehicle in the first place? Do you think the same about any personal property that are being stolen?
