Honestly? PHP hehhehee. PHP is a language that works for people who want to get things done on the internet in a very uncomplicated way :P... Plus, it is also quite powerful if you actually go into detail and access low level things as well. I hated Java for example... But PHP.. Oh, you can programme such wonderful things with just a text editor.

I would suggest posting your requirements on freelancer.com or guru.com.

Get up early, and try not to do anything before getting started on what you wanted to do. If you have a place you can go to that is not your home to go do it, go there and avoid staying home. If you are depressed like now, because Sunday is already gone, plan to get up at least a couple of hours earlier than you normally would tomorrow, and use those two hours to at least start doing some of what you wanted to do.

I fell in love with computers almost 30 years ago. I was 6 and my cousin connected his 286 or earlier PC to a friend's using a modem. I was soooo impressed. I then started programming with a friend in his commodore 64 and my zx spectrum using basic. We created our own choose your own adventure PC games that way.so it's pure creativity enabling you to create amazing things using your mind... I don't know... That's what I like about it... Plus you are always learning.

I would say that if you are open and have no problem with who you are (as you seem to be based on your comment), maybe a good idea would be to talk to them directly and address the comments... If that doesn't work, then go to HR... But that's just me, at this point I have no problem in telling people about my sexuality, and I have always been a very direct person that can't keep her mouth shout (which isn't always the best of things). I have not been in a position like that at work, so I guess it depends on several things, starting on how "friendly" your workplace is...

Love this! Hope it works out, and if there is anything i can help with i'll be happy to do so. Also, if you aren't already doing it, do think about this not only for the US but as a global project.. Its needed worldwide. I would suggest promoting this as social enterprise. I am sure you'll find lots of support.

Very cool idea. How hard would it be to process the data in a meaningful way? Are you familiar with the psychology behind it? Is it "standarized" somewhere or rules of thumb that most people agree on with jury selection?

Interesting! Would you do some kind of "Quality assurance" of the services providers? How do you make sure they keep paying you once you find someone? Maybe some kind of rating based on number of tasks completed?
