Yeah, I always look forward to their new developments. This is similar to Ange's effort with SiliconX to add realistic engine sounds to an electric motorcycle though this appears to be for an electric race car.
The time a user will read it is when the program stalls unexpectedly on a particular step. A support ticket or forum post which includes the step it stopped at will be easier to troubleshoot.
I'm interested in the future naming schemes they are no doubt focus grouping now. Will we see Windows Series X? Windows '25? There's no way MS would do a Win13.
No doubt, the statements involving timelines are confusingly presented.
Departure has been delayed 3 times due to the helium leak testing, earliest they will leave is on June 26th and I think the dock can support the capsule there for 45 days or until July 28th.
Yes, my company just went through a merger and for quite a while we had two OneDrives showing up and it was difficult to tell where the default folders were in addition to being a huge mess any time a file dialog opened. I've actually reverted to creating folders in C:\ to store files so I know where they are.
OK, so I tried it on an iPhone and it is super smooth and the text typing renders at a reasonable speed. For some reason on Windows in either Chrome or Firefox the whole thing runs at like 5 fps and is super bugged. This is probably the reason so many people gave up on it. You can't just click through the text, you have to wait for it to slowwwwly type out each page which for the first one takes minimum 30 seconds, even while clicking and pressing enter to speed up the text.
The intro spun up my fans then crashed Firefox when I tried to resize the window. Switched to Chrome, still spun up the fans and was extremely slow even when just rendering the slowly appearing text. Clicked through a few of the prompts then quit when it seemed like there was no game and it was struggling to just display text, lol.
Yes, as a fan of arcades Vegas is disappointing. You'd think casinos might be interested in people who put money in machines without expecting a payout. The rows and rows of fancy slot machines with HD monitors do nothing for me.
I do only see the one listed in Vegas which is strange since it's one of the most popular tables made. The webpage returns 483 Addams Family machines in other places though.
Seattle is great for pinball, most of the bars with 8+ machines host a team or two that play in the Monday night league. Ton of parts available at https://www.marcospecialties.com
Article says the most common reason given was that the person forgot the gun was in their carry-on.
That seems strange, I guess if you are doing a short hop and you just grab your backpack I could see forgetting, but I'd think most people intentionally pack a bag to take aboard a plane.
Sure, I think most people would agree with you but why the strong warning about macos being unusable by 2026? They're making plenty of cash and seem pretty privacy focused under Tim Cook.
Yeah, this "article" is terrible. "users can expect immense power and dominant performance for intensive workloads including gaming and content creation."
Why do feel Apple is going in the same direction as Microsoft? Do you think in 2026 Apple will be selling users data to advertisers and have spam search results show up in the Finder?
For sure, was disappointed with the original article for only linking generic keywords back to their own site. At least the CES one is from the horse's mouth.
A horse "getting loose" at 31,000 feet is definitely an emergency, what if one of the pilots had witnessed how loose the horse had become?? They would probably have been stunned and lost control of the aircraft immediately. Horse was also described as "in difficulty" and in need of a vet - might have pulled a muscle like Uncle Harold at the reception after a few champagne toasts.
Yay, finally a comment that is similar to my experience and isn't speculation or kneejerk reaction. I'm enjoying the game at 4k and it looks better than CS now that I've adjusted things.
They totally screwed up the default settings, not sure why as it seems like an unforced error.
It actually picked a resolution with a 24Hz refresh rate when it first loaded for me. I think their "virtual texturing" optimization also kicks off on first run, making the initial menu experience stuttery and slow.
I think they released it without having a discussion about how bad an impression poor default settings could make. With a few adjustments it looks great and is very playable on my 3080 at 4K even before the patch. Really big blunder for sure.
