All tickets sold out as of 7:29 AM.
eternalmatt··on Anyone get Google I/O tickets?
That is a tempting idea, but I'm on the east coast, so I really can't handle the cost of a ticket plus airfare there and back, even if I got reimbursed a little by the swag. I'll probably just end up taking a few days off and watching the live streams like the rest of the world.
eternalmatt··on Google I/O Sells Out in 30 Seconds
Hardly an official news release.
eternalmatt··on Anyone get Google I/O tickets?
Has to be batches. Nothing else explains why it would say "no tickets available AT THIS TIME" several times in a row, then suddenly open up and let a few people get a ticket.

That said, I don't have one. Waiting for an academic ticket too.

eternalmatt··on Apple releases Ipad 3
It sincerely bothers me that no where no the apple.com site, has Apple referred to his as the iPad 3. The closest thing to a new name that they've given is "The new iPad".

Please everyone stop calling this the iPad 3.

No, developer mode is something you have to do if you want root access to install Ubuntu or others.

I have a Cr-48 running in developer right now.
